Eggs with Pastrami


  • ¼ kilo pastrami
  • 3 : 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and Pepper


Step 1

Clear the garlic off the pastrami and chop into little pieces.

Step 2

Heat the butter then add the pastrami and stir.

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix the eggs with salt and pepper then pour it over the pastrami and mix until eggs are cooked.

Step 4

You can serve it either with toast or, if you want to eat like Egyptians do, eat with Egyptian Bread.
