Eggs with Pastrami
- ¼ kilo pastrami
- 3 : 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Clear the garlic off the pastrami and
- chop into little pieces.
- Heat the butter then add the pastrami and stir.
- Meanwhile, mix the eggs with salt and pepper then pour it over the pastrami and mix until eggs are cooked.
- You can serve it either with toast or, if you want to eat like Egyptians do, eat with Egyptian Bread.
