Eggs with Pastrami

Eggs with Pastrami
  • ¼ kilo pastrami
  • 3 : 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Clear the garlic off the pastrami and
  2. chop into little pieces.
  3. Heat the butter then add the pastrami and stir.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with salt and pepper then pour it over the pastrami and mix until eggs are cooked.
  5. You can serve it either with toast or, if you want to eat like Egyptians do, eat with Egyptian Bread.
