1. Combine the sugar and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan.
2. Pour about half cup or enough milk to moisten the dry mixture, while stirring constantly.
3. When well blended, whisk in the remaining milk and the coffee.
4. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture steams, do not boil.
5. Pour and serve.
