INGREDENTS
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 Tbsps. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsps. cornstarch
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, cubed
- ½ yellow bell pepper, cubed
- ½ red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, cubed
- 2 tsps. minced garlic
- 350g shrimp, peeled and tail removed
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ cup water
METHOD

Step 1
In a bowl, stir the wet sauce ingredients until well incorporated.
Step 2
Add the crushed red pepper.
Step 3
Set the sauce aside.
Step 4
In a large wok, heat the oil over medium heat.
Step 5
Saute the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the crushed red pepper.
Step 6
Add the onion, and green, red, yellow bell peppers and cook for 1 minute.
Step 7
Add shrimp and toss to coat until no longer raw.
Step 8
Stir in the previously prepared sauce and water.
Step 9
Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Step 10
Serve over white rice.
