  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  1. Combine the ingredients in order in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring for about five minutes then remove from heat.
  2. Let it cool a bit then it’s ready to be used.
