Rich Chocolate Sauce
- 170 g 6 oz plain chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 115 g 4 oz caster sugar
- 180 ml 6 fl oz water
- 55 g 2 oz butter, cut into small chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir continuously.
- The sauce is ready to serve once all of the ingredients have blended and melted together.
