Mango Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 mangos
  • 2 cups milk (sub with a vegan milk)
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (sub with a vegan yogurt)

METHOD

Step 1

Prepare the 2 mangos by peeling, seeding and slicing them.

Step 2

In a blender, add the sliced mangos, bananas, milk and yogurt and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Refrigerate until cool then serve.
