Creamsicle Slushy


  • 1 1/3 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt


Step 1

In an ice cube tray, pour the orange juice and freeze for 3 hours, or until solid.

Step 2

Empty the ice cubes in a blender, adding the honey, yogurt, and the frozen orange juice concentrate.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Serve in tall glasses.
