- Finely chop the onions.
- Mix chopped onions with meat and parsley, and season them with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Mix them well and make balls in the size of a nut.
- Brown the balls in the butter.
- Cover with tomato sauce (if it's canned tomato then dilute it with 1 and a 1/2 glass of water).
- Cook for about 25 minutes at medium high heat.
- Turn each one of the balls over after half time.
- Serve hot on vermicelli rice.
