shrimp, peeled and tail removed

- In a bowl, stir the wet sauce ingredients until well incorporated.
- Add the crushed red pepper.
- Set the sauce aside.
- In a large wok, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Saute the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the crushed red pepper.
- Add the onion, and green, red, yellow bell peppers and cook for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat until no longer raw.
- Stir in the previously prepared sauce and water.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Serve over white rice.
