INGREDIENTS

  • .25 cup

    tahini paste

  • 1 Tbsp

    white vinegar

  • 1 tsp

    lemon juice

  • 1 tsp harissa paste (or a mix of cumin, garlic powder, and chili)
  • Boiling water

  • Salt to taste

  • Chopped parsley to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a deep bowl add the tahini paste, vinegar and lemon juice. 
    2. Mix with a fork until tahini is very thick. 
    3. Gradually add the boiling water while mixing, until it reaches a nice consistency.
    4. Add the harissa paste (or the spices) and mix. 
    5. Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
