                              - Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Stir in onion, and cook it until tender (for about 5 minutes).
- Mix rice into the pan with onions, stirring often.
- When rice starts to get brown, then stir in the chicken broth and salsa.
- Reduce the heat.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
- It's ready to be served.
