INGREDIENTS

    Cube steaks

  • 0.5 cup

    Worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp

    Tabasco sauce

  • 2

    large tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup

    ketchup

  • 1

    large onion, diced

  • 1 cup

    chutney

  • 0.5 cup

    brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp

    vinegar

  • Frying oil

INSTRUCTIONS

      1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
      2. In a hot grill pan, add oil and cook your steak until your desired doneness and set aside to rest while we prepare the sauce.
      3. Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté onions and garlic until tender.
      4. Add the remaining ingredients to the onion and garlic, toss and simmer for 10 minutes.
      5. When thickened, spoon the simmering sauce over the steaks and serve with rice.
