    chopped onion

    garlic clove

    chicken broth

    Parmesan cheese

  • A little bit of parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil for about 2 to 3 minutes.
    2. Add tomatoes and stir for a minute.
    3. Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
    4. Stir in rice for 2 about minutes then set aside for 5 minutes.
    5. Serve with the shredded Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
