INGREDIENTS

    boiled potatoes, peeled and cubed

    tomatoes, chopped

  • 1

    green bell pepper, cubed

  • 1

    medium onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp

    cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp

    salt

  • 1 tsp

    ground turmeric

  • 0.5 tsp

    ground cumin

  • 2 Tbsp

    Vegetable oil

  • 1 Tbsp

    butter

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a medium pan, heat up the oil and butter then lightly brown the chopped onion.
    2. Add the salt, and the spices.
    3. Stir in the potatoes and mix to coat.
    4. Add the cubed green bell pepper and stir.
    5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
    6. Uncover and stir in the tomatoes.
    7. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
    8. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
    9. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
    10. Serve and enjoy!
