Kashta (Clotted Cream)
  • 1/4 cup white flour
  • 3 cups milk powder
  • 4 cups of water
  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, and heat over medium temperature, while stirring constantly with a wooden spatula to make sure the milk doesn’t harden.
  2. When the mixture boils, leave it to cool for about 5 minutes, then pour the contents onto a large pan.
  3. After few minutes remove the formed kashta from the top of the content, then wait a few minutes, and repeat by removing the new layer of formed kashta.
