- 2 1/2 cup potatoes, cubed and cooked
- 1 cup French onion dip
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 to 3 eggs, hard boiled (mashed or sliced)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
Sprinkle salt, sugar and vinegar over the warm potatoes and toss lightly.
Add the onion, celery and eggs.
Blend carefully in onion dip.
Let it chill for several hours or overnight to the flavors blend.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve cold.
