- 8 Lamb’s kidneys, washed and cleaned
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 8ml salt
- 1ml pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1tbsp butter
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sherry
Step 1
Sauté the onions until slightly browned.
Step 2
Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry until golden.
Step 3
Dice the kidneys and add to the onions and potatoes.
Step 4
Stir-fry until well cooked.
Step 5
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until the potato is soft.
