- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp mixed spices
- 1/4 ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup yogurt
Slice chicken and marinate with oil, spices, vinegar, ground cardamom, salt and pepper and yogurt for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place the marinated chicken with the marinade in an oven tray, cover and bake for about 30 minutes in a hot oven, and turn it once.
- Uncover the tray and place it back in the oven for about 5 more minutes, or until the chicken is cooked well.
- To make it healthier, pour out all the fat.
- Serve the dish with sliced tomatoes, chopped parsley, and onions in pita bread.
