Rich Chocolate Sauce2016-07-31
- 170g (6 oz) plain chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 115g (4 oz) caster sugar
- 180 ml (6 fl oz) water
- 55g (2 oz) butter, cut into small chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir continuously.
The sauce is ready to serve once all of the ingredients have blended and melted together.
