METHOD

Ingredients

  • 170g (6 oz) plain chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 115g (4 oz) caster sugar
  • 180 ml (6 fl oz) water
  • 55g (2 oz) butter, cut into small chunks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir continuously.

Step 2

The sauce is ready to serve once all of the ingredients have blended and melted together.
