- 120g (4 oz) ketchup
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsps dark brown soft sugar
- 1 dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Stir together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, hot sauce, garlic, vinegar, mustard powder and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the ingredients to a simmer, and then remove from heat.
Allow to slightly cool before brushing on your favorite meat and/or storing.
